Ready for a Badger and Skinny Pete spin-off.
I’d watch it. I did read an interview with Gillian and he said this was it, no more movies or shows. He said he currently has a show idea he is pitching and that it will be completely different than BB/Saul.Spinoff - Saul Goodman; Prison lawyer
Why waste your valuable yard time, writing up endless appeals? Let Saul Goodman do it for you.
Obviously it isn't going to happen, but Saul running schemes in prison, and acting as legal counsel has a ton of storyline possibilities.
I disagree about Kim. She was broken before she ever met Jimmy, and in fact, was the primary driver in the plot against Howard. Jimmy resisted at first, but Kim was pulling the strings the entire time.
That would be an awesome spinoff! I have to think though, they are wrapping up this universe with BCS, especially with his last health episode, but who knows.Spinoff - Saul Goodman; Prison lawyer

Has some Shawshank qualities to it. Like the idea!Spinoff - Saul Goodman; Prison lawyer

I had thought a series of Pinkman’s exploits in Alaska might be cool, but Northern Exposure may have kind of gone there already.
It should be a lot more than that. If I remember correctly he gets 20% and the number when it went to Davis and Main was around $20 million. I’m sure that number would have went up.Originally he was supposed to get about 1.14 million. Now, if Kim didn't take her share, that would probably bump his share up to 1.5 million +
Couldn't disagree more. You can't have high drama and twists until the very end, that's not how story telling works. I think it was the perfect ending. Howard's death and the wrapping up of the Lalo arc was the dramatic crescendo of the series. The last four episodes were the conclusion of a tragic story. Except for the last scene with Marion there were really no loose ends that would have led to twists or crazy drama. I think it was handled very well. After Lalo, the show wandered around and was ponderous.
She could still be sued - nothing he said really changed that (although it hurt the chances of a suit succeeding, I guess). I think he came clean mainly so he could try to make amends with her. He was finally Jimmy again. So he took a life sentence so Kim didn’t get sued civilly?
LOL - That was my lingering thought at the end. Is Carol Burnett going to be okay? LOLSo Marion gets the 5 million dollar reward, right?
Her law license is gone. She just used her bar card to pose as Jimmy’s lawyer.I thought it started out great, then in classic BCS fashion, started a slow roll of content. I just have to always get my mind wrapped around this is not BrBa, much more of a drama and ultimately turned into some sappy love story with Jimmy and Kim. He gave up a 7 year deal for 85 years for Kim? I think that storyline is pretty corny. Ultimately, they gave the Kim fans the feel good they wanted, especially with the "may law license didn't expire". I thought it was ok, but underwhelmed at the same time.
Seems like he could have done that without putting himself in prison the rest of his life.I think he came clean mainly so he could try to make amends with her. He was finally Jimmy again.
Metaphorically speaking, he couldn't. He knows he is where he belongs, getting what he deserves, reaping what he sowed LOL
The negotiation was one last victory for Saul before he decided to become Jimmy again at the sentencing.Yep. I took it as his negotiation of a lighter sentence was to prove to himself he can still con anyone but ultimately, he was ready to accept his fate.
I’m battling in my mind if it was depressing or not. Seems that Jimmy got what he wanted with the visit from Kim.
If he didn’t come clean then he would’ve got out in 7 years and he wouldn’t have anyone that loved/respected him. This way Kim’s back in his life and she loves/respects him something jimmy has always wanted in life. Shown by the only color of the episode being the lit cigarette and the flame. The flame between them is still burning.Seems like he could have done that without putting himself in prison the rest of his life.
