As a review. There was a proposal to pass a bill to continue funding for Ukraine and Israel. Then the republicans demanded nothing be passed unless it included a border portion. So both sides negotiated a border bill, but Trump notified republicans not to pass the bill because it would help Biden. OK, SO the Senate takes out the border and passes a straight funding bill for Ukraine. It would pass easily in the house but they refuse to put it up for a vote. Now the excuse is they will not vote on the bill unless it includes the border. What?
