There are some really good teams. Wow. What Purdue and Ohio state did last night. Damn. Those not at top have had really nice wins as well. It’s going to be a brutal meat grinder.
From the games I’ve seen two of the biggest weakness is not enough big men to defend down low when being attached, and offensively too many quick one and done shots without anyone in rebounding position..GgThe Huskers REAL season starts tonight. We're about to find out if struggling to put away the likes of Southern, TN State and South Dakota is a harbinger of doom. I'm worried as I thought we'd be significantly improved from last season, but so far it looks scarily similar. A win tonight would be a great sign!
If we go .500 in conference you’d be on the bubble for the NCAA tournament depending what teams you would beat..We need to win 11 more games to get to the NIT. I dont see us beating NC State or Auburn. I think we beat Kennesaw and K State is a toss up. So we need to go about .500 in conference to make it to the NIT. Which should be this team's goal quite honestly with how young we are. I will be tough sledding. Other than Northwestern, Minnesota, and Penn State I dont see a whole lot of other squads we match up with.
I would put 10k down that we don’t win 11 conference gamesIf we go .500 in conference you’d be on the bubble for the NCAA tournament depending what teams you would beat..
