Voinovich going 0-2 is a joke. We ALL knew that was not Iowa's best chance at 157.
At this point, BK wrestles as if someone is making him do this sport.
His scholarship is making him. Looks like he's out of love with wrestling.
I'm sure he will turn that allocation into a real vision quest. Beatty was a 174 that couldn't beat Jay or Keddy- he sacked up. Gabe problem is between his ears because he's plenty strong and really quicker than most 197. He just has no offense clue in his DNA. Wont change that drastic at 174. Many treat him like the Grothus to 141 unicorn that grows an offensive horn.

He won't win the 6 man bracket for 9th. He would have to win 2 matches in a row.

BK doesn’t do **** in regulation but than gets an easy td 15 seconds into OT. Will someone tell him it’s ok to do that in the first three periods. He made it look easy when he actually shot.

Yeah they usually do that if there are 8 spots because placing 1 out of auto qualifying is a criteria for an at large
I wouldn’t even call me a fan. When it comes to even following MSU wrestling you pretty much either wrestled there, are family to someone that does or did, are a coach , maybe a few students that attend and know wrestlers or work in the Athletic Department…

Dude…Beatty spent an offseason putting on 20+ lbs of muscle to wrestle the weight. That isn’t the same thing as Gabe being a natural 174, down at that weight this season, then bumping up TWO weights to help the team. That is an absolute **** take and you should be embarrassed for making it.
Also, all evidence shows he’s far more offensive and aggressive when at his natural weight. Such a false narrative.
The format has been the same for the better part of a decade. Or longer. It’s shocking how many people don’t bother to understand it.

He barely lost in season and Drake looks good today. Honestly, I think Drake gets him tonight.
I like Drake wrestles hard but not beating Blaze
We will revisit this next year. Against crappy guts yes- vs high ranked guys- same chit. But I get how it makes sense to many but it just wont happen no matter how much some wish it into existence.
