Although I largely agree with you, there is an unknown element here. Could have to do with instilling a culture or sending a message within the program. We don't know what kinds of behind-the-scenes stuff has gone on that may lead to these types of things. Don't know that is or isn't the case, but you have to admit that's a possibility.
Your correct. However my original point really was about the simplicity of the play that Coleman scored on and how we could have been doing that all year long. It really is simple to take a shot or two a game. Let your athletes be athletes and make plays.

I think we may have tried more than people realize. Lloyd was a Frost walk-on recruit who Rhule/Satterfield had ready for a carry the first game against a conference opponent. And I know they tried to get Coleman the ball on the first play against Louisiana Tech. Everything on offense is just such a work in progress in all phases.
