Big 12 championship games in the future...

I believe there is a good possibility that this conference championship will feature many more OU-Texas rematches in the years ahead....pretty much on an annual basis.
It's likely that the Horns will be at least better than the eight other Big-12 teams that aren't OU.
Of course, this isn't a sure thing,and there will be years when it won't happen, but it sure seems possible that the two teams could gain and maintain a dominance in being the Big-12's top two teams on a regular basis.
I can't see how it won't happen, with all due respect to the rest of the conference.

Yep, just like OU-Nebraska was in the Big 8. Didn’t bother me then and being one of the two dominant schools in the Big 12 won’t either. I can’t think another Big 12 school that I’d rather see OU compete for conference championships with more than Texas.

Agree, even with the likelihood of ESPN chirping about the Big 12 being only a two-team conference.

If there’s ANYWAY for the media to pit OU against Alabama in a playoff game, it will happen this year. Lol

I like it. Gives us a chance to catch up the series W-L with them much Sooner. We'll get there in 7 years instead of 14.

It will happen until, we or TexASS, get knocked out of the playoffs. Losing to a team we beat earlier.
