Some changes sure to follow, but here is the week 3 tiers.

Tier 1 - OU

Tier 2 - WVU, TCU

Tier 3 - OSU (maybe Iowa State), Texas (barely)

Tier 4 - K-State, Tech, Baylor

Tier 5 - KU

What are your thoughts ?

I'm thinking you only listed 9 of the 10 teams. :)

I think your list is probably close.
Put Iowa State in Tier 4 until they can maintain Tier 3 consistently.
Texas also in Tier 4 with the most potential to jump one or even two tiers.
Not sure OSU is that for ahead of the Tier 4 right now.
And WVU is only Tier 2 because of their QB. So, technically, they are probably a Tier 3 (until they can maintain Tier 2).

Added Shorthorns barely into tier 3. Sorry I left those asshats off my list.

If WVU, stays healthy, their defense is not bad, not great but it doesn't suck, like last year.

If we meet WVU in the championship game. It's always hard to beat a good team twice. Without Rodney, I think they now have the best RB group. Close to use at WR/TE and their QB, might be the 1st QB, in the draft. I think they are a lot like Okielite 2017, but a little better.

From a self-loathing Horn - pretty damn funny (especially if you saw the movie 2012 - in the original poster DKR's upperdeck is an aircraft carrier)
