The one that kinda intrigues me is that TCU / Minny matchup in the Gopher Hole...Gophers were not chopped liver last year with a respectable season ending in a loss, and they have a pretty solid bunch returning. I think it's a Thurs eve tilt I look forward to watching...Frogs better be on their toes or their season could be derailed off the hop...

I must have a different opinion of the week one schedule than most people.

Several games there don't look like much at first glance, but could get far trickier than many Big 12 fans will expect. I think only 3 of those contests are totally safe for the conference.

It would be nice to see the Big 12 be 10 - 0 after week one. ND losing is always a good thing especially to a Big 12 school.

I agree. If Minnesota still played in the Dome, TCU chances of winning that game would be slim and none. A Thursday night road game is always tough. A Thursday night opener on the road against a hyped crowd and team could be a season breaker for an overconfident team with title hopes.
