Best Virginia set to take on Shell Shock in TBT quarterfinals

Best Virginia will take on Shell Shock in the TBT Quarterfinals Monday evening.
The game is set for 6 p.m. in Charleston and will pit the West Virginia alumni team against the Maryland alumni team.
Best Virginia won the West Virginia regional by beating No. 6 seed DuBois Dream 72-69, No. 2 seed Herd That 82-75 and No. 1 seed Elite Nation 79-68.
Shell Shock competed in the James Madison regional as the No. 2 seed and knocked off No. 7 Love Virginia 75-74, No. 3 Red Rose Thunder 81-78 and No. 5 seed NXT ERA Elite 68-62.
Best Virginia will have all players active, while Shell Shock will be without Melo Trimble, Jeff Allen, Will Cherry and Terrell Stoglin. Eric Ayala also is considered doubtful.
Best Virginia is averaging 77.7 points per game while shooting 43.5-percent from the floor and 33.3-percent from three. James Reese leads the team in scoring at 21.6-points per game while former West Virginia forward Tre Mitchell averages 15.6 and guard Kedrian Johnson averages 15.
The game will be televised by FS1 and the winner will advance to the semifinals Thursday.
