67-61 thanks to one 10 win season. Losses to FCS Youngstown and MAC teams. Thats not good. Take your pitt fandom and leave.

That‘s not awful. Chances are WVU this year will be awful. Hey BTW what year did Pitt lose to Youngstown State again?

How many actually believe the B1G will actually poach from the ACC? They are old money. They look down on the dark room dealing of the SEC.
I don't think the B1G will poach from the ACC or the PAC, If any school outside of the Big12 it will be Missouri from the SEC

They will expand to 16. Book it. What conference that will be from is unknown. They already took Maryland from ACC. They grab more when the time comes.

I know it won't happen, but seriously should grab West Virginia and Pitt. Have them in the same division with a couple old time rivals in Maryland, Penn State, and Rutgers, and then develop new rival in Ohio State, Michigan, and Michigan State.

I was thinking WVU and Va. Tech., but WVU and Pitt would do, too.

You think the bitching is bad now. That lineup would set new marks. But we can all dream. But CFE and his crew would brag about toughest conference division in the country and hang their heads high after 5-7.

That's why I want WVU in the B1G, so CFE will run the numbers (or google) and constantly say the B1G is the top dog in every sport.

If Big Ten goes to 16 it would almost have to come from the ACC IMO. I find it hard to believe Big would deliver death nail to PAC12 by taking USC and another team or two.

That would be sweet but think but have heard for awhile that the BigTen would like Charlotte and Atlanta in there network.

USC would be the only team from the PAC they look at. Especially if it would help them gather ND. If ND wants to still dance with the big fish they will need to join one of two conferences BIG 10 or SEC.

Remaining 3 CONFERENCES of PAC, BIG 12 and ACC Will swallow up remaing leftovers of best of G5 and and former P5 teams.

The B1G will not expand with schools outside of the AAU. Their institutions make so much money through academic allocations due to the prestige of their land grant institutions. That is why Oklahoma was never looked at. The SEC has no qualms about admitting sports overrides everything. Missouri, Texas, Florida , and Georgia are the only AAU programs in the SEC ( and future as it regards to Texas).

Nebraska says hello hold my beer.
Notre Dame says we will join if we need to.

ND laughs at contracts. But they will never join a conference unless forced to. ND is independent in football.

Of course you’re legally wrong. ND is not above it’s ACC contracts. None of the ACC Universities are. Just like Texas isn’t. Texas would have to pay to get out. Just like their Big12 contacts dictate. Always funny how fanboys make things up in their minds.

Texas and OU will leave in 2022. Negotiations are underway right now. ND uses the ACC for a spot for Olympic sports. Like I said ND has no reason to join a conference. There's nothing made up. It's fact ND uses the ACC.

Nothing new in your post ACCept “negotiations“. Like I said ND is committed and going nowhere until ACC contract is complete or negotiated to terminate. Not a hard concept to understand.

Does it matter?

Youngstown State 31 Pitt 17 Sept. 1, 2012
Akron 21 Pitt 10 Sept. 27 2014
Youngstown took Pitt to OT before finally falling 28-21 (seems to be a pattern for Pitt vs YSU)
Western Michigan 44 Pitt 41 Sept. 18, 2021

Lot of close games to low level teams the past 10 years. Good thing you get up for the big games.

Thanks for confirming my point. Do you not see how foolish you are talking about 2012 teams in 2021? You wanna talk WMU/Pitt fine. Not sure what that has to do with WVUs pathetic team this year but fine. Bringing up games from a decade ago reeks of frustration and insecurities.

I see UVA and UNC. The deal the ACC is in is terrible. If the BIG can say hey we can increase your yearly payout by 40-50 million which they may then the ACC is in trouble. UNC and UVA fit in the BIG academically and are in growing states with tons of talent. So look for those schools to be targeted. Plus the BIG east would be fun in football and the BIG basketball would be silly good. Some say that UNC and Duke will never part Bullsh!t Texas and Texas A&M split, Nebraska vs Oklahoma , Pitt vs WVU, Pitt vs PSU , Maryland vs UNC, UVA ect, so it can happen
I disagree. I don’t see UNC going to the Big10. It’s gonna be UVA and Kansas. Mark it down.
