I am just realizing there are tix for sale now. 1200 for upper level middle of the BJC.

I've never been to BT's before. Is this standard? I thought I might get a heads up as a season ticket holder.

Where are you seeing them for sale? Nothing I could find on ticketmaster, nothing listed abiut championship at all on Big Ten site. I assume maybe you found them on a resale site. I don’t know how those early posters are, or if they are legitimate.

These listings are scalpers fishing for people willing to spend 10x+ what the tickets will be selling for in Feb. The scalpers don't even have these tickets. They will gladly buy tickets for much cheaper than this, closer to the event, and deliver to the victim.

Ticket sales will be announced in plenty of time. Would think a presale for season ticket holders but that's just a guess.

The Big ten wrestling tournament is insane. Like a preview before the National Tournament for those who never attended. It’s right here in our backyard at the BJC this season. Will definitely be sold out if you don’t already have your tickets. Can’t wait. Been to several thus far.

BIG tickets haven't even gone on sale yet. You are seeing people selling tickets they don't even have yet. Complete scam.

I bought a pair in the lower level I think section 131 if I'm not mistaken and I believe OP. They cost me $523.60 each I believe.

I think I spent $50 on B1G tourney tix at Maryland a couple years ago
Same here, however my friend and I decided to jump on a pair from vivid because they were in a lower level. We aren't season ticket holders and with what we believe will be the demand being that it's being held at state college we didn't want to be shut out.

I saw some in the 700/800 range last evening, but that was for one session.

Ours is an all sessions pass. due the the location and price I figured I'd take them. I have no idea what the price will be but I don't know if I could get the lower level once they're released.

From what I gather the tickets on the REsale sites are projected and/or season ticket holders or insiders. I wouldnt necessarily buy them off the 3rd party sell sites as of yet,

Tickets for B10's are usually through the B10 conference and available after the 1st of the new year.

I saw them listed super early last year for Northwestern, but they were way overpriced. I doubt they are real or trustworthy.
Happens every year. Been going to B1G's ever since Cael arrived, and the ticket office reps for the schools we work with EVERY YEAR say the same thing...that no tickets have been released until the pre-sale to that school's season ticket holders/administrators/etc., which is followed by a public sale. The folks at Northwestern last year were adamant about this, as they did not have the ticket sale until very late.

Anyone hear any updates on when we might be seeing a public sale? Also, I've never been to Big Tens before, can you buy tickets for Saturday only? Would like to take my 7 year old, but not sure he could make it through 2 entire days.....

i took my then-6yo son to all 6 sessions of NCAA's this year and it's definitely doable. just need to make sure they have something to do during the sort of dead time in between PSU matches. i found my old gameboy so he got to learn how tough tetris can be.

I think last year with Northwestern it was literally a few weeks away. But my memory might be bad. I know it seemed very late!

Talked to the ticket office today. Emails should go out to season ticket holders within the next week or so. Interestingly, not all season ticket holders are guaranteed getting tickets for the Big Tens due to reserve allotments for other schools, etc. Allocations will be done by NLC points.
