Rafini - I have 2 in section 111, lower level from another BIG Ten school. They are $168 each, regular price is $ 158 plus $10 to partially cover my annual fee to join their booster club. I’m up the road in Richmond. We can settle when the BIG Ten or PSU or my host school sends the actual tickets out. I have email confirmation of my purchase from the school.
Eight 0 four- 687- 22 three five.
I have someone else who wants these tickets. Do you want them or not?

So now that tickets are taken care of, who has insight into parking? I have purchased parking at the BJC for the Ohio State dual through ParkWhiz (easy as can be), but I noticed that the Big Ten Championships are not available in the app yet. Curious as to when it will become available and how it is organized with the individual sessions? Will one parking pass cover an entire day or will the lot need to be cleared between sessions 1 & 2?

I don't buy tickets often so can someone explain this to me. I got an email from PSU with a button to click to start the process. It said presale starts at 10AM. So at 10AM I clicked the presale button only to find I was thousands down in the queue. So, lesson learned, apparently you can get in the line early. But if they let you in early, why even have a 10AM start time? Furthermore, how "early" are you allowed to get in line? If these issues were explained people could act within the rules, but as it is I probably got screwed by trying to follow the rules, such that they were.

I clicked the presale button at 9:15 simply to make sure I was logged in. To my surprise, I saw I was in line and was 330. That number kept dropping and by 10:00, I was 218th in line. Other posters said they were in line earlier than me but they were way behind me.

I’m retired, but how do working people who can’t or aren’t allowed to get online in the middle of a workday get tickets?

Someone spoke with ticket office and they said it should be released on Parkwiz in a few days.

Seriously, why would you expect to have it all wrapped up at once, and a month ago? I mean it isn't like they have known they were hosting for a year or so.....

Park Whiz. Ticket office said it will be available in a week or two.

Our guy who got the tickets got in the queue at 8 am and was #107. We ended up with 124, row J which is pretty good!

This is such a great time of year - HS state duals starting, big duals in the B1G happening in the next couple weeks, HS postseason on tap in a couple of weeks, then B1Gs, nationals, etc. I'm so excited for B1Gs this year because it is at PSU that I almost wish it was here. But then again I don't because B1Gs & nationals means the end of the season!

Off-season stuff is fine, but nothing like the folkstyle season. This is the season that I enjoy in the company of others - the many, many friends I have made over the years following this sport. The offseason I pretty much just enjoy virtually.

I only knew about getting in line because I logged on to this forum before 10 AM. As it was, I got in line at 9:50 and was #1296. Took 45 minutes to get to the head of the line and managed to get in the first row of section 119. My only concern is whether I'm too low to see what's going on at the far end when 4 mats are being used.

I found an email in my junk folder, unfortunately around 11:30, From there it took me to the ticket sale. Unfortunately the only seats available were nose bleeds. Will look at secondary market to see if anything reasonable becomes available.

Can't justify at least $500 for the weekend including hotel, room, etc to watch the tournamant on the jumbotron.
I have some lowers for sale

Once they release the event I am it sure if it will be cheaper or more expensive versus the hourly/daily(?) rate.

Though I seriously doubt it will be cheaper….
It was $5.60 I think for 9AM-11:45PM.

Yes. I just tried again. Worked fine. Put in 9AM as the start time.
I did find the same as you did for Saturday and there is no parking available for Sunday. I'm going to wait for them to release the event to book mine. As others have posted, the event parking will be released in the near future.

**Dren beat me to it.

Wow, ripping off fans much?
Disagree. I wouldn’t sell mine for $350. Not that I’m selling them.

Worth is what people will pay for them and it’s a good thing that a wrestling event is causing this much demand.

I paid $1800 to see Rush in San Antonio (2 tickets, great, great seats) next fall. For @2 hours of entertainment. My B1G tickets are going to give me that much entertainment for 2 days for $158. $350 would be palatable as well.

It is my opinion, and I will only speak for myself, that tickets I offer here on the forum are at cost or maybe a small increase, a max of $20 for these tickets.
If I want more I will offer them on stubhub and go market price there.
Maybe it a distinction without a difference, but it is my stance.

I do believe that poster reached out to another poster I know to look for help selling at these prices, and the second poster refused to help due to the cost. So maybe it isn’t just my stance.

I can agree with that in terms of forum brotherhood, but you just said fans, which pretty much encompasses everyone that might be interested in a ticket.

I don’t disagree with your point of view that using this forum to market your tickets at market prices is not a good thing. My only disagreement was that he’s ripping off fans. He can sell them for what he can get on StubHub, so anyone buying them is not getting ripped off. It’s what the market will bear.

But, yeah, plenty of other venues to market them than on here, where it may be expected to”help a brother out.”

I had three lower level tickets in my cart. Cart expired before I got notice from bank that they needed approval for the transaction.
I wouldn't be trying to make a profit on resell to posters.
As much as I would like to see the bigs live I wouldn't pay much more than face value. I can watch better at home.
See you at the bjc Friday.

While we're ranting about tickets, how about the racket the ticket companies have going? They run nice website and I'm glad they exist, but Wow. StubHub made $150 off of my purchase by digitally moving tickets around.

Before seeing this quoted post I actually edited my post to say our fans. And actually more accurate to say our forum friends.
