I'm arriving Friday Night. What downtown Watering Hole is recommended to meet up with a few of you guys . My daughter will most likely want to go to Champs at some point if line isn't long. If we get in, the average age of a patron will go up by 3 plus years😕.I could still make money against most of them shooting pool.😏

I have been in the room for basketball games but not wrestling. To me it is fairly high priced, slightly elevated banquet food. With free soda and a cash bar. To me it is not worth the price, but everyone is different.
I would rather stop somewhere downtown, but your mileage might vary.

last year for BIGs at NW we had seats in their special club. They had food before and partially during the sessions. It was easy to go back behind the seats and into the club. That was worth it to me. At the BJC the 1855 club is downstairs. So you would be missing action trying to go to it while the session is on.
And the company wasn’t bad either!

We are definitely coming in Friday night. We have tended to go to Local Whiskey, but have not decided on anywhere so far.

Anyone know anything about the hospitality they are doing between sessions at the Mount Nittany Club at the Stadium? It is pretty pricey but with beer included if the food is decent, might be worth considering....

I only know what the email said. $125 for a few hours of beer and food seems pretty darn expensive to me.

I have been in that section for football games, and the recent outdoor hockey game. It is good then because it is just food for sale and it gives you a break from possible cold during the games.

I will pass on this opportunity. I would much rather tailgate with my friends!

Just looked at the details of the ParkWhiz pass. It says to enter from Porter or Park; any thoughts on which is preferable and can you use University Drive to get there or will it be closed? And It says no tailgating so you don’t obscure the license plate; if we merely set up two chairs and keep the plate visible will that be ok?

I've only been asked, "did you pre-pay?" when pulling in. I set up one chair for Ohio State at BJC and was told very quickly to put it away :( Security does drive around frequently checking plates.
