This tournament could be close and to miss out on bonus could be costly. He wrestled miserably on the bottom. Did get 3 takedowns but his not escaping was costly because he also then didn't get any takedowns in the 2nd period.
Willie and Basch were live this morning. While on air, Willie’s phone blew up about stuff happening at weigh-ins. He said apparently two OKST wrestlers were cutting weight when they weren’t supposed to be anymore. I posted something here but then deleted it not wanting to get folks upset if it turned out to be nothing. People have since reported on Twitter that they were still cutting weight when skin check started and have been DQ’d.
Pretty inexcusable to have one of your most important wresters miss weight at such a crucial moment with two weeks to get ready. I assume this also DQs him from NCAAs?
Inexcusable is the only word that comes to mind. Completely and totally inexcusable and embarassing
Air Force put out a tweet that their guy advanced, but it’s been deleted. OSU protesting?
Unbelievable, poor job by Jamison and the coaching staff. I have indicated that we seem to be due for good luck, I guess not.
So did he make weight? If he was just riding the bike too long, but then made weight, it seems pretty ticky-tack of the Big XII to kick him out.
I would hold off all the **** throwing until you know the whole story.
are people throwing ****? Or are they sharing what they heard about why at least one match has at the very least been delayed a half hour?
