How is an undocumented illegal immigrant allowed to walk freely in the United States and be on a public platform without repercussions? Dude ain't raping or killing anyone but he isn't legal.
He's averaged a movie a year since 2010 and has two more coming out plus he's written a couple, directed and produced here and there so I think disappeared is a little strong, but granted he was the biggest star in the world before he crossed the Jews.
looked up his filmography. I haven't even heard of any of his movies since Apocalypto (2006), much less seen any of them.

I borrowed a "copy" of Apocalypto from a buddy... and I couldn't find a menu with options for the subtitles. I had not heard anything about the film, so I thought Mel was just being a stickler for authenticity with the native's language. I watched the whole thing without understanding a word, but felt like I didn't miss a beat.
Watching it again with subtitles, I'd say the only scene where you needed translation was when the tribe's elder was telling a story during the campfire scene.
I liked Get the Gringo okay but you're right, his quality nose-dived once the Jews blacklisted him.

Edwards definitely deserves a runner-up position, at the least.

Edwards made no sense. That sure was one ugly ***** he took up with, too. His wife was such a sweet woman. Made no sense to lay up with a skag like that when you look like he does. He should have been pulling grade 1A Marilyn Monroe snatch not some gnarled hoe like that. Edwards suffered from Prince Charles/ George Herbert Walker Bush eye disease when it came to women.
I thought Edge Of Darkness with Mel Gibson was great, but that's just me.

I wouldn't say she missed a step after that video. Can't remember the name of it, but she was executive producer of a very popular tv series after the vid.
Don't think she had much of a pedestal to fall off of in the first place. Same women that hated her before, still hated her. She picked up some male fans I'd say.

I watched The Aviator the other night and I have to say Leonardo is fast growing on me as the best actor in Hollywood. I hated him for a long time but he has been so solid that I am catching up on his movies that I passed on.

I know that it was in a deposition for a lawsuit. But I still can't figure out why he didn't just deny it. Lying in a deposition surely is not uncommon.
When I first heard about it, I thought he was admitting that he gave drugs to the women, as in TRADING, for sex... NOT that he drugged them, so they couldn't resist. That's the only reason I could imagine that he'd admit anything of the sort.
