Horrible game! No excuses but our biggest problem was the absence of Butler. He would have changed the game with his D.

Effectively playing with no point guard at all …with BOTH Butler and Kriisa out ….has caused quite a turnover spike.

We could get away with Robinson with some teams but this was a horrible matchup at point guard.
unless fatigue is an issue, Pope needs to address this. Its not unique to this game

Sounds like the rumor that was being floated around is true. He needs surgery but trying to decide if he can play through it or call it a season and have the procedure now
Saw that tweet. Saw some asking if Chandler plays because of the Mormon connection with Pope. Makes you wonder.
This is a really stupid theory. If Pope were giving Mormon preferential treatment then why did Chandler get zero minutes in the games preceding Carr and Butler’s injuries?
We were missing our starting point gaurd, our starting power forward is unusable due to injury, and the team averaging 6 3 pointers per game has a GS Warrior moment. Not much Pope or anyone else can do about it.
They would say Fland, their best or second best player would also have changed the game as well.
Im sure Pope thought, “ i need to put the Mormon in.”
