How about Maryland and Wisconsin getting prime time major network coverage? Wisconsin is playing a PAC 12 opponent and Maryland has Tua's brother. Is that how these games got picked over RU? Or perhaps the Big 10 is getting every program major coverage. Last week was our turn. Now this is Maryland's turn?

A lot of people will be watching Nebraska-Colorado.

Figure Wisconsin’s game will be most competitive of the 7:30 slots. I just think it was a pick ‘em situation for the other game on a major network. If we were playing VTech they would’ve put our game in Maryland’s slot.

I think Wisconsin playing at PAC-12 school instead of at home means the TV rights go to ABC, not the B1G networks. That is a marquee matchup regardless, clearly one of the two biggest ratings draws on the B1G schedule this weekend. (Hard to compete with the Coach Sanders hype machine.)

I think Nebraska football fans actually have it worse than we did under Chris Ash (besides the 78-0) … they don’t just lose, they find hilarious ways to do it. Like the Jets (butt fumble)

Northwestern just quadrupled the amount of rushing yards they had against us on their first drive today. 48 rushing yards on their first drive today, 12 against us last week.

That’s because or defense is actually pretty good. They were good last year too but it’s impossible to keep it up a full game when your offense is so bad and you’re on the field constantly. If our O is average we’ll be in a lot of competitive albeit low scoring games.
