Please, Hearn was a late blooming, ok walk on, Swop a 5th year bench addition, Cobb was always injury prone and Sobo and Marco would have trouble getting off the bench with this squad. Also Collins is a better coach and way better recruiter.
Who gives a
rat's-arse if Hearn was a walk-on?
Hearn had 2 pretty good years for the 'Cats (averaging
7.4 pts in
26 mins and then
13.4 pts in
33 mins w/ a
.486 and
.441 FG %) and could have returned for a monster season if he hadn't played garbage minutes as a frosh.
Guess who's putting up similar nos. this season for the Cats?
Vic Law -
13.6 pts in
32 mins w/ a
.422 FG %
Or Lindsey w/
15.4 pts in
31 mins w/ a
.445 FG%.
Many say that Lindsey is a relative
late-bloomer, but who frickin' cares?
And yeah, we know that Cobb was oft-injured, but that's
not the point (which, not surprisingly, you missed.)
Of course, you would take something and then try to
twist it around to serve your perverse needs/agenda.
