We should let liberal and registered women Democrat voters have as many abortions as they so please. It will help the country in the future. Build more PP’s in the inner cities also.

Why does it matter to any of you? Let people be whoever they want to be. Don’t have to like it or tolerate it, just go along with your life.
Those are tough responses to a simple (very simple) biology quiz, but not surprising today. I am assuming you leaned toward the soft sciences in college? What would convince a person to deny the truth when the truth is so simple to grasp? Let’s just focus on science and leave the politics at the curb.

It has become my favorite question to ask a lefty.

Can a man have a baby?

Then just watch them squirm. They know the answer is NO but their hivemind of leftism refuses them the ability to answer. They are equally afraid to give the preferred leftist talking point answer....Yes....because they know how really crazy that reply is. So they do the dance instead, call us transphobes and all tje rest in order to deflect and distract. Give the answer that makes them feel good about not being able to answer.

That lunatic law professor from Berkeley, as crazy as she is and radical....she at least was not afraid to say yes.

Amazing the stuff morons are distracted by on both sides while ignoring the actual issues. This thread is a Republican and democratic politicians wet dream. Just talk about nonsense that the lowest common denominator can grasp and get emotional about while the serious and hard hitting issues can either get ignored or manipulated in the powerful’s favor.

It should just be a simple scientific answer and then on with life. Yet, there is a huge production, even by those who complain about the quiz.

I'm often amazed at some of the topics brought to this board. There's very few people who post here who would say they're liberal on most or all issues. There's a big difference between a Kentucky, or southern liberal, as opposed to a woke obsessed or gender-fluid whatever type liberal you'll see on twitter. So, who are some of you even responding to? You all really can't keep this constant gender whining or trans bashing to your one thread? It's clear some here are obsessed with far left social media outlets and then instead of letting it go, choose to bring it here as if to start some stupid social issues debate. Never understood constantly bitching about the left on a mostly conservative leaning forum.

If you’ve ever interacted with the general public you would know there are no simple answers. If you ask 100 people if the sky is blue there will be 5 ******** that say no and it can be orange or red etc. what you should be asking is it an important question or answer? No, it’s not. It’s a tool for distraction.

There’s no seat at the table for southern Democrats (actually closer in some political leanings to moderate Republicans) any longer. You have to be full bore MAGA or get labeled as a RINO and **** on. I am fiscally conservative and socially moderate (let people live their lives and not force your personal/religious beliefs on them). I voted for Reagan in the first election I could vote and straight Republican for many successive years. There’s no room for me in today’s MAGA Republican Party because of my moderate views on social issues. Moderate Republicans are not allowed.

The amazing thing about it all is that you speak from a higher position as if your questions are really substantive, completely oblivious to the fact that youre actually just wading in the slop.
Wow. It appears you are the one who intends to distract. Have a great laugh and day.

I can almost see the light bulb come on. You have a great day as well, and may the substantive transgendered occupy much of your thought and time, I’m sure they’re deserving. 😀

This quiz is transbashing?

No. It appears you intend to bash. I did not want responses revealed on the poll, because I did not want to embarrass anyone. ;)

I have read the complete Bible a number of times and continue to read it. Genesis describes the creation of the first man from the environment God created. There was no precedent. There was no womb. Life began for the first man when God said it began. That is not how you or I were created. You cannot parse the Bible. It does not say what you want it to say.

Since when did you start believing in biology?

Wow. Someone is so triggered by a merely scientific easy to answer question that they feel the need to attack another’s faith by taking a statement made in a purely biblical discussion completely out of context. That is really awkward for you.

What do you define as "moderate social issues"?

You mention above to let people live their lives.. sure. But to what extent do the rest of us have to participate? Businesses feeling pressure to revamp their bathrooms.. workers feeling pressure to not **** up a pronoun for risk of job loss.. tax payer money going towards gender changing procedures and research?

I consider MYSELF to be moderate on social issues. Gay marriage is fine. Fine with abortion (to a fair point in pregnancy), legalize gambling and marijuana. But I draw the line on the trans/gender stuff. If you ask me, there's a heck of a lot of conservatives that land here.

Your reply makes me believe you are not really as conservative as you say. Socially moderate? What does that mean to you. What does the leftist driven term "MAGA GOP" mean to you?

I am pro-Trump full MAGA yet I am accepting of gay marriage and want abortion to be legal but "rare." Maybe along the lines of Europe. So if you think you are being labeled a RINO then what is it that makes you a RINO?

I pretty much totally agree with your comment. The left has shifted so far to the left that they are no longer sane. Most of us feel the same way. He seems to fall for the MSNBCCNN view of what a GOP Trump conservative is.

OP does threads like this all the time. Chooses a politics-adjacent, left v. right, dem vs. rep, and then jacks it to the replies. Let’s take a look.

Green New Deal, Climate Change
I am not up on all of the issues related to the Green New Deal and don't want to discuss politics. Rather, as I hear about all of the changes people would like to mandate in our country and beyond, I wonder how it might impact how we are entertained.

I have to think that the movie industry and the sports industry have a fairly large carbon footprint. Air travel is kind of essential to both. As are big events that probably take a lot of energy. Admittedly, these are just assumptions. Maybe the experts know better?

If my assumptions have merit. How will green policies being touted now impact sports, both professional and amateur? And how will it impact the entertainment/movie industry?

Q: what current teachers/pastors do you find compelling and inspiring?

I learn a great deal from Matt Chandler, Ben Stuart, and even learn from Michael Frost, while I disagree with him on some issues.

Do you have any recommendations?
CNN/Cable news slant
Is CNN crumbling? Heard Maddow is taking her show to one day a week.
Climate Change
An “unexpected” 14 degree drop in temperature between 2003 and 2018. Neptune’s 40 earth-year summer is confusing researchers. They expected a gradual increase in temperatures. Then, between 2018 and 2020, there was a raise by 20 degrees. This kind of polar warming has never been seen on Neptune until now. Neptune’s average temp is a chilly -340 degree Fahrenheit. Researchers still don’t know what is causing the temperature shifts.
A right wingnut’s wet dream of a commercial

Outright says it will probably turn political
People will complain about anything and I suspect none of the complainers ever purchased an SI swimsuit edition.

Let’s see how long before this gets pushed to the Political Thread. ;)

Supreme Court after the other thread he created was already moved.
Realizing that a Clarence Thomas thread will likely be shutdown by the mods, I watched his documentary last night and highly recommend it.
Gender Identity
True or false, to keep it simple. Only one answer is correct.

MGGA describing MGGA as perhaps the most obsessed easily triggered poster here with one post. To MGGA, science is now political. And, that is the foundation for why our government is off the rails. Thanks for depicting the essence of the cult.
