What are you going to get out of suing a Walmart employee?

A ****** car, an Xbox, a bag of dope and some Doritos?
If the Walmart employee is under 18 you are suing the parents. If the kid is in college, unless the parents hate him, you know the parents are going to bail him out if he loses the lawsuit. You'll get something unless the parents have nothing as well. If he's a grown *** adult just press criminal charges depending on what he does.

It's complete garbage, but that's unfortunately how the US works these days. Even after being certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED, I don't want to help anyone unless I have no other choice because even if I do everything right I can still be sued by some douchebag.

Black Friday is racist. Btw wildcatsboston84, what do you plan on spending all that dough you've made from hitting your dad up for his nexflix bills. Maybe you could pay for Netflix for a yr from him. Dad would be so proud if you take the money you've charged him just to give him a merry Netflix Christmas
I've actually already got him something, looking to find one more small thing since it came in under budget. Already spent at least a year of his voluntary Netflix payments on the gift.

Props wildcat84 I know you know the board is brutal and you took it like a champ rather than take it personal

The whole charging his dad for Netflix thing has been pure Paddock gold and it keeps on paying. That is a legendary admission.

I worked at Kroger in college and I left a cart of empty chicken boxes in an aisle. Some jackass conman tried to take a dive into the boxes and say he "fell." He threatened to sue the company and me personally. I told him he wouldn't get jack from me but a beat up old Camry and a then-almost new PlayStation 2. Luckily the company had him on camera deliberately falling into the boxes, so he couldn't sue and was threatened with a counter suit for attempting to file a fraudulent claim. What a terrible way to make a living.

Agree with you that the sue happy culture we live in is BS.

Well to be clear. I don't charge him. I gave him my password. He started watching it a lot and he thought the right thing to do was pay for half of it. I'm never one to turn down money for nothing. But unlike Tebow, I don't turn down the chicks for free!

Reminds me of that guy in Friday who was always trying to act like he tripped and got hurt then said, "Ohhh...I'm suing y'all! Ohh, I'm hurt...ohh my neck! My back! My neck and my back! Ohh...I want a hundred and fifty THOUSAND! But we can settle out of court right now, for twenty bucks."

I've always been fascinated about our culture of suing. I thought it started with the McDonalds coffee cup but after seeing that person's injuries, that wasn't a BS suit.

Although it wasn't Black Friday, I went to 4th Street Live in Louisville one year (idiotic move) when I was in my early 20s, and they had this Joker (1989 Batman) thing where they shot like a $1,000-10,000 (can't remember) to the mass crowd and I got ran over and my knee cut up by a group of black women for what totaled out to be $7.
