Bland 26 Grayson 18

20-0 after 1st. Grayson scored after bland fumbled deep in their own territory late in the half. Grayson made some big plays in the second half. Good bounce back game for bland but they have to work on putting teams away when they have a chance. Cost them last week and almost cost them again this week.
Not arguing with you as many bland fans were claiming the same thing last week vs narrows because of the ending, but care to elaborate? Thanks
So fourth and 6" to go turned into a first and 10. Even after a signal and your announcer said it was. Bland was sacked for a loss. Your center had the ball behind his helmet all night and we got called for how many offsides? Twice ball on the 6" line ready to score and we got a 5 yard penalty one was at the end of the game. My oldest son was the nose guard and said he was lining up on the ball and your center was bumping his head. Alsoy other son made the one handed catch in the end zone and fell in the end zone and the official called him down at the 6" line. That was also one of our goal line penalties. Scored anyway. But too many to count.

Holding not being called all night jersey stretching especially on the outside runs.right in front of the side judge but no calls. No chop.blocks being called... Refs said its ok to go high then low not low then high. No difference.. Another infraction not called that was done to the nose guard. Bland boys played good but got away with alot of things. Most important they got the win I guess that's all that counts no matter how poorly the officiating was.

I guess it depends which side of the field you're on as I'm sure there bland fans saying the officiating was terrible as well. I don't think Grayson was called for a hold all night while bland had to overcome two holding penalties on their final drive but I think that was it for them as well. Also a Grayson defender ripped of the helmet of the bland quarterback but no call. Just don't think they were calling much. The illegal substitution call on Grayson's first touchdown drive was odd but you guys scored anyway. Don't remember Grayson being penalized on their final drive but you might be correct. Hell of a catch by your son. One of the best I've seen on the high school level. Your other son must have played well also because bland didn't get much going up the middle. I think blaming the Refs is just a trend in the Mt. Empire and 3 rivers when they lose
