After reviving the program, the season is finished. Not enough players to continue, administration shuts it down. Apparently, all stems from coaching conflict & part of team quitting because one assistant left or was let go. I hate it for kids that wanted to play especially the seniors. Hopefully, they can field a team next fall.

Two things that are detrimental to high school athletics: 1. Parents. 2. Administrators who never dressed out for PE in school but make impactful decisions
I guess Rappahannock County is done for the season too? I know Bland was supposed to play them but it looks like the Panthers have stopped playing and are now taking forfeit losses. Wonder if that school that Roanoke Catholic played a few weeks back is looking for an opponent, Smith Mountain Lake Christian I think was their name. A winnable game for a program that needs a little boost in confidence IMO.
They played at Thomas Jefferson (Fairfax Co) tonight. TJ won 34-8.

Dang it, they took like 3 or 4 forfeits in a row so I thought they were done. I had planned to drive over to that game before the season started.
