Natural substance [laughing]

It's natural, so it must be ok.
you and are so many of the above are why so many people suffer and don't need to spend their hard earned money. this definitely goes to show society how nobody can be nice to anyone around here. says a whole lot.

Little late for that, isn't it? Think of all the people you've already blinded or maimed.
blinded? maimed? have you even spent one the only remaining brain cells you have to even research the science? i know it's a lot to ask but maybe you have 3 left.

Thread could still be useful, as several people have already mentioned some ways to reduce BP.

Walk. Stay active. Limit the booze. Eat stuff from the ground. Get good and consistent sleep. And look, you don't have to do ALL of these.. but if you want to be healthy for as long as possible.. You're gonna have to make some sacrafices.

HBP can also be hereditary. I’m almost 57 years old, 5-11 and carrying around more weight than I should. But my BP has always hovered around 118/77. No cholesterol issues either. So got some good genes from somewhere. Probably my dad. I did have to get a pacemaker a few years ago just like my dad and about the same age when he got his.
Yep, my grandparents had it, dad and brother both had it (all dead now), and I have had it since I was 16. I was in good enough shape back then to letter in 3 sports in high school and walk on to the UK football and wrestling teams. Just bad genes for me.

My Rx for blood pressure costs about $10 per month and is fully covered by my health plan. Your vitamin regimen would actually cost me more. Thanks for the tip though.

OTC Herbals and Supplements are NOT FDA regulated

One never really knows what they're getting... sometimes "fillers" that can be quite dangerous...

I'm sure you've actually done the cost perspective.......

trust me, you won't get any of these geniuses to realize that genetics has everything to do with it.

It's pretty easy. My BP medicine is 100% covered by my heath plan. Your vitamins are not free. Thus, my Rx is the cheaper way to go for me. Also there are a bunch of B.P. medications available for $4 a month at Wal-Mart and other retailers.

Never trust a guy that insists on you taking his bad advice.

Not sure what his angle is. I'm leaning towards a convict serving a life sentence posting on the prison library computer trying to ensnarl a few innocent victims into an elaborate bait and switch money making scheme to restock his prison cell ramen noodle supply.
