My daughter escaped Daytona Beach to a friend's home in Bluffton to ride out Hurricane Ian. I would like to send them a bunch of pizzas as a thank you. Any suggestions for a pizza place down there? Thanks.

Isn't this storm hitting the gulf coast? It shouldn't be much of a threat to Daytona let alone south cackolacky.

Storms are unpredictable sometimes. Flooding and possibly tornadoes are also a threat. The article below shows one possible prediction. Maybe worth keeping an eye on it if you live in those areas.

projected to roll over Orlando and Daytona. school closed down and told students they should leave. probably a tropical storm by the time it gets there, but no food services at the college, and she would be nearly alone in her dorm.

I don't blame them for leaving. Just think the deadliest part of a tropical storm is storm surge and that shouldn't be an issue once the storm goes past Tampa Bay.

My cousin is a sales guy for a roofing company in the Tampa area. They have a love/hate relationship with storms like this.
