Also interesting that they aren't even bothering to do a national coaching search. Just hand the keys off to an assistant with no head coaching experience. I guess the same route that Duke went.
Is that really the case though or just something they are saying in the moment? He was being pretty vague about everything in his post-game presser. Would Pitino go there? Too old now for them?

Autry is the new head coach, not an "interim".

I guess we’ll see how it works out. But I think that program may need a bigger shot in the arm than that. Who knows? He could be a star in waiting who may have connections to other good recruiters to bring on staff.

My favorite boheim moment was Jerome Coleman pulling up from like 30 feet away and he just threw his hands up like “we wont guard you out there’

But wow, lots of negative stuff here . Dude was a great coach and an icon . Also , helped our country win gold medals
He sent us 2 of the greatest players in rutgers history .
He beat our *** multiple times. Respect it .

There were some blemishes, to put it mildly, along the way. And he did hang on a little too long and showed no class on the way out. That’s why you are seeing these posts, but I’m sure you want to play contrarian here and wear the black hat.

Please. The last line of your previous post says it all. Trying to start a fight again with fellow RU fans.

He will always be seen as a legendary coach with little attention paid to child sexual abuse cover up and various recruiting violations over the years. Too bad the guy couldn’t figure out how to leverage the new Wild West. He hung on a little too long and was a jerk on the way out.

Well anywhere I watched or listened to tonight, they all praised boheim and his career. But yeah RuPete knows more than all the experts like them and plum

There are always gray areas with legacies, even for those as great as Plum. But the bottom line is - what the hell did you expect them to say?
