you can bet your butt will not happen @ fla, too much money SEC officals will not allow a lower tear team to upset a east favorite that early in the season.

Re UGA I'd remind all that UK hasn't been competitive with them AT ALL in recent years. They've totally dominated.

If I picked an upset it'd probably be UL but UK's a decided dog to them on early lines. Hell, with so many losing streaks to work on I'd be satisfied beating Miss St and Vandy.
SMH at losing 7 straight years to Mississippi State.

I predict we come up with one substantial upset this year, this one maybe not as likely as Mizzou. But I think who we upset depends more on whom we have an imbalance in turnovers in our favor with, and while I think while we should upset someone I am also worried about someone upsetting us. But I think we definitely go bowling, and should end up with 7 wins.

I remember Mike Hartline played mop up duty in two end of season games prior to starting. Fans went nuts that we had no chance with Hartline starting. Well, he performed well and combine with Randall Cobb for a dramatic come from behind victory over Bobby Petrino and Arkansas. Well, I see Drew Barker doing the same only better.

The only reason bookies take the low road is we currently have nothing to indicate we are better than a more established Southern Miss. Bottom line, we have to go prove ourselves on the field. No one from sportswriters, bookies or any of us know what to expect. I only know Mr. Gran and Mr. Hinshaw are worth two additional wins this season. So, whatever you predict, add two more. Go Cats!!

UK will play a great game at Bama. If they win that would be the upset of the year however if they score points, keep it close, UK can win even if they lose. Against Bama, quality depth comes into play and will affect the game but if UK can keep it close and score points it will give this young team confidence even if they lose.

UL might be a lot of things, but a one trick pony would not be one of them. UL not only returns QB Lamar from 2015, but QB Bolin from 2014; both of those young inexperienced QBs have one of the deepest and most talented offensive team mates that most UL fans can remember.

Florida's "D" will be one of the best in the SEC and the country. Doubtful on that one.

UofL will also have a stout "D" BUT they are a one trick pony on Offense. If Jackson is shut down or not playing, we beat the Birds

I am going with Louisville. We should have beaten them the last 2 years. If you shut down Lamar Jackson, then that is half their Offense. When he gets pressure, he runs, and doesn't stay in pocket. We have to have spy on him. And, bring out a lot of pressure.

Their O-Line is a bunch of walkons and Sophomores. I still say the O-Line will suck this year and their weak link like it was last year. Everyone keeps saying how much they are improved on O-Line and I don't buy it. I think they have bad coaching on the O-Line and Petrino even promoted him to Co-OC this year after a piss poor year the last 2 years.

Louisville's weakness on Defense is the secondary. They have a lot of 1st year players, Freshman and Sophomores vying for playing time, from what I read. And, they gave up a lot of big plays last year on YAC. That tells you that they are soft on coverage and tackling and with a lot of guys leaving last year or Srs, I see the DBs being a weakness on Defense. We need to exploit that.
