Na all good fun. Me and Bones go way back. I like to bust his chops but only in good fun. Truly love CrossBones. He is a good guy.
That said East can keep their starters in the whole game and I wouldn’t complain one bit.

Kidding aside what do you think about Bolingbrook? They took care of business last night.
The only blemish on their record was the bad game with HF.
I don’t know much about Bolingbrook (sorry Bones) but I do know LWE. I think they themselves are the only team that can beat them right now. I know Z is keeping them sharp, and I know they have weapons all over the field. The O Line is mean, the RB’s as good as any, and the WR are BIG. They are all playmakers too. Oh yeah, we have a great QB as well.
I said this earlier in the season. These boys have been winning since they knew what a football was.
The defense is classic LWE with talent at all spots. Classic Z defense. 11 guys getting to the ball.
Two words - discipline and desire. Both start with D.
I’m very sad as I didn’t want this season to start because they go by so fast , and this is my last, but it’s fun to watch. Senior night Friday :-(. Wow!

Do you have a son on the team? What position?
I think you know my older son played D-End on the 2005 team. It was a very special year. We knew they had the talent to win it all and like this years team the only way lose is if they beat themselves. This team reminds me of the 2005 team but they will have to prove it by finishing what they have started.
I do. He is one of the WR’s.
Very special year because it’s his last season playing at home. I will be an emotional wreck Friday night.

Hopefully. I know he is capable and wants to play at the next level. It’s always been a dream of his.
Jcrewx7: Hopefully he can play somewhere next year. Coming off a team like the Beast this year with all that talent can sometimes overshadow an individual player capabilities. But, if he really wants to play at the next level keep encouraging him and I am sure it will work out well for him..
not much coverage out in Raiderland this year. Which is a gift and a curse. It's why you guys think I am sandbagging for one thing.

There are a couple of kids from Beasts team last year on the WashU team. The QB and a LB I think. Lots of kids from the Chicagoland area. And then kids from all over the country as well. They just beat #12 Wheaton college
lots of the WRs are seniors..... just sayin...
Plus you would be attending one of the top academic schools in the country.
