Bones so how are you feeling about this upcoming season? Having 10 returning starters and 3 players with scholarship offers must be huge with DE Izayah Green May, WR Kendall Smith & OG John Ivlow. Plus I'm hearing good things about your DB Zyon Bell, RB Jeremiah Lebron, WR Ishawn Stewart, QB Joe Coates, & OT Jack Eken. Thoughts?

Hoping for 5. D1 prospects dont make a team. We have 2 state champs (one being the new best public school program in the state), a new revamped LWE (with North) at LWE (where we've never won), H-F with revenge on the mind, a 7A semifinalist, and no Joliets on the schedule.

If we make the playoffs it will be a miracle.

Since bones has taking sandbagging to epic levels even to the point that Crossboning become synonymous with extreme sandbagging. I think his backyard being more in line with a catacomb.

I disagree.....Bones always had a good handle on the Brook for the most part and this year it;s all about the offense regardless of the system they run.

The only year he sandbagged was the state title year coming off a 5-4 or maybe worse season the previous year. Everything else has been spot on if you actually go back and read his predictions.

Maybe with an easier schedule i could see an 8-1 season. But we will be the underdog in 5 games and on top of that we lost to Sandburg and Lockport last year.

But its gotta be getting to that time for us. Look at WWS, Bloomington, Richards, NN... No one is impervious to the fall off. Weve had some lucky ones recently.

You guys are only an underdog in like 3 games. Thats why I say you guys are bagging.

The guard changing from LG to RG will probably be a better fit since The Brook likes to run the ball to the right most of the time.
