Penn State: 16.5 bonus points
Michigan: 11.5
Iowa: 9.5
ASU: 12.5
Nebraska: 8.0
Northwestern: 7.0
Cornell: 8.0
Virginia Tech: 9.0
Missouri: 11.0

All of them, you get 0.5 for each successful stall.

Stalling is the Penn State culture. Brooks was tied with others with 24 tournament points. Who does he workout with in the offseason, Bo Nickel and David Taylor, two all time stallers. Bo learned stalling from Taylor and the beat goes on Brooks. When they recruited Brooks they sat in the same chairs for the entire weekend, doing as little as possible to find out Aaron had it in him.

Bo stalled his way to 27 team points in 2019. Taylor stalled his way to 30.5 points in 2012. Ed Ruth stalled his way to 27 points that very same year. Thank God those two stallers graduated and PSU came back to the pack just like those folks dressed as Steelers fans said PSU would.
