So what is Grogu’s little gift?
A codpiece.

Obviously that was an awesome episode and completely unexpected that it would be 100% Din Djarin. I love that Favreau has the opportunity to take chances with the storytelling in the TV series that would never be allowed in the canon films. The end product is parsecs better.

Kinda excited to see Boba Fett next week (the character, not just the series). I assume that Grogu will either appear in the last episode of this series or Djarin will be on his way to him at the conclusion to set up Season Three of the Mandalorian.

It is fantastic that they've truly made a Star Wars universe where stories can intertwine and then divide as the narrative takes it.

Hopefully Favreau and Filoni eventually get to make a Star Wars movie -- if there is even material there to make one after the ******, ******, totally ****** prequel and sequel trilogies.

Harrison Ford's listed at the IMDb as appearing as Han Solo in The Book of Boba Fett's final episode, though that doesn't neccessarily mean that he's in it. It wouldn't be a huge surprise, though, since ILM's already spent a good deal of effort de-aging Ford for flashbacks in the new Indiana Jones movie.

Well, everyone is accounted for.

Sweet chainmail bro.

Tatooine is pretty boring. Let the people have their Spice.

No more hot Twi’leks. :(

Since no one is going to say it I'm just going to. Jennifer Beals looks really good as a Twi'lek.
Damn

I am glad Ahsoka and Luke met up as she knows Anakin redeemed himself in the end and she could tell Luke more about his mom.

The switch from a Boba Fett series that was ok to a Mandalorian miniseries which was awesome is going to make the ending very, very interesting -- especially since Hans Solo is supposed to be in the episode.

Hopefully it is >60 minutes to cover everything and wrap this little arc up while getting everyone hyped for season three of the Mandalorian.

So Boba Fett is alive, thanks to a Sherlock Holmes-ian escape plot, and Han Solo is dead, killed by his own son with a lightsaber through the chest.

Fck Star Wars, Fck Disney, and Fck Kathleen Kennedy.

Well we are lucky Han Solo didn't die at the end of Empire because that is what Harrison Ford wanted at the time.

Considering that TLJ totally totally erases all of Han's wonderful character development by having him revert to being a selfish scoundrel and then kills him like a chump, I wish that he'd died in the OT.

As much as I love RotJ, it's where Star Wars first went off the rails (I'm ignoring the Holiday Special, since it's not in continuity). Lucas's biggest mistake ever was firing Kurtz after ESB because Kurtz wouldn't prioritize toy sales over a cool story. :/

Stupid effing mods survived and the last episode sort of sucked. A ton of action that was monotonous. Not sure what the point of the series was.

Also, Grogu showing up after being taxied by R2-D2 was the dumbest way possible to handle what should have been an awesome scene.

Agreed on the monotony. We get it. They can shoot.

Grogu makes every scene great. Guess he won’t be a Jedi.

Decent ending, IMO. Wrapped things up nicely.

Three months until Obi Wan

Grogs lives a 1000 years so there is plenty of time for him to become a Jedi. He ll probably show up in the future and Rey will train him. I mean the dude can put **** to sleep with the force so someone will get their hands on him. He’s lucky he got out before he was slaughtered by kylo ren

My favorite Book of Boba Fett movie reference is silly, self-indulgent one, from episode five (you might like it, considering your username):

"WIZARD!" XD
