In the message board era, this ;) is a "winky eye." Kind of like what your uncle would send you down the Thanksgiving Day table when he gigged your old man.

(Did I get the Grumpy Old lingo right?)

The issue is old, I didn't even see the dang "winky eye". Sorry man, lots of things are going, sight isn't the only thing heading downhill.

It's pretty simple, you can express criticism if you choose, but when you start disparaging players, coaches and their families you won't be around here long.
Gotta agree with Deeeeeeeeefense. Obviously I can't see what was posted but any shots at KIDS and their families is just plain classless IMO. We all joke on each other as rival fan bases and what not. It's all in fun but kids, their families, and coaches families should be off limits. It's good to see the mods taking out some of the trash or at least putting it in the trash can.

A lesson in class coming from a UL fan is like getting a lesson of charm from Snooki. Or taking financial advice from A lottery winner.

What I said, I didn't think was that bad but so be it. Boom's dad is over the top at Catwalk and I can't say I'll miss it next year. There were actually a few threads on him last year when he was told to step out of the roadway during the Catwalk

Boom's dad has always been a little more involved in Boom's career than he should have been. Back in HS days a coach didn't something he didn't like, they tranferred.

What kind of a man dresses like a clown and parades in front of his son and teammates ?

Makes more sense then dressing up a clown and acting a fool which is why no one else does it.

I understand that you march to the popular drum. Boom's dad is his own man. Why should he have to be a conformist like you? And, why in the world would you have a problem with it? It impacts you in no way. Your criticism makes no sense. It is petty.

I march to my own drum and I think its stupid for a grown man to dress up like a clown and parade around at the football game. I can have a problem with anything I want to and I did not say stop him, let him march to the beat of his own drum but I can think its stupid. So what if it does not have an impact on me, there are a lot of things that don't have an impact on me but I may or may not have a problem with. My criticism makes no sense to you because your the conformist, every one has to agree with you because they are wrong, petty. GTFO

If Boom gets 1000 or more yards he would probably get drafted. So yes I could see him going.
