I'll bet it won't be bipartisan impeachment & in the end it will be Democrats in moderate states that pays the price.

I'll see that bet and raise it to not enough Democrats willing to take that impeachment vote! (no impeachment)

The votes are NOT there right now today! They (Dems) don't even have a simple majority, and Zero House Republicans!

Fact.
(it's the reason Nancy will neither schedule a vote nor order a whip count)

He first called for Trumps impeachment 47 days into Trumps administration. He is clearly unbiased.
No that's called the Intelligence of a Harvard Law Professor but I called for it Day 1 so I'm at Einstein's IQ Level and you're at Gumps just below the line to go to public school. Glad you've overachieved.

HAHAHAHAHAHA.

Okay dave, you can argue with a Harvard law professor.

Witch hunt. Fake news. Sham. Any other cute buzz words? Go ahead and support the con man, the most crooked president in our history. The rest of us will listen to the sane people in the room, the ones who stand for truth and justice and the US Constitution.
Alan Dershowitz, the Harvard Law School professor emeritus, slammed the House Judiciary Committee's impeachment hearing Wednesday saying it revealed itself to be a "complete distortion of due process."
"This has been a big waste of time,I've watched every minute of it."
"Three Democrats testifying for the Democrats and one Democrat testifying for the Republicans, but why three to one?
Why not two and two – why not three and three?" Dershowitz, also a Democrat commented.
"The American public is entitled to hear all sides of the issue presented equally. In fact, the person under accusation should have more rights than the prosecutors, who are the Democrats in this case.
"So, we're seeing a complete distortion of due process in the interest of just reaching a result, which is to be a partisan result."

What’s the point? They haven’t indicated a crime yet for him to present exculpatory evidence for. When do we get to the part where they present incriminatory evidence?

You asked another question before you got an answer to your last one. Be careful, you're getting roped into country's vortex of silence.[winking]

He presented the actual transcript of his phone call. Why wasn't that considered "exculpatory"? We heard more testimony from other people who didn't even hear the call than what we heard of the actual call itself!

Again....here is what Alan Dershowitz the Harvard Law School professor emeritus said: "So, we're seeing a complete distortion of due process in the interest of just reaching a result, which is to be a partisan result."
His words .....not mine. But...my personal opinion is that we will see a "due process" when this gets to the Senate. It's going to be fun.....get you popcorn popped.

You know that the process in the Senate will follow rule of law. This hearsay **** will never see the floor. They'll call Mueller in, he'll say "It wasn't in my purview", and case closed.

I agree a Senate trial would be delicious, and probably would spell the end of Joe Biden's political career (if it isn't over already). However, I am not convinced House Democrats are as eager to see a Senate trial as the rest of us. Matter of fact so far, they don't even have enough votes to impeach Trump.

Republicans made several unsuccessful motions, including an effort to call House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff to testify on his committee’s report containing the findings from their impeachment inquiry into the president, which ended last month.
Republicans also motioned to subpoena the whistleblower, whose complaint prompted the impeachment inquiry altogether. Both motions were denied, meaning that neither Schiff nor the whistleblower would be required to testify or appear before the panel.

First witnesses in the senate trial:
Pencil Neck and his staff, Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and the non whistle blower.
NOTHING from the house gets in. All excluded as hearsay.

Bless your heart.
You must’ve missed the parts in all of these hearings where these witnesses are asked very direct questions regarding criminality and every single one has deferred. Why do you think we’re all laughing at you?

Then, factor in casual joe who only sees the best of the best clips once they’ve been filtered through hot-take-omatic and presented to the most viewed cable news audience in America. You have us who are really interested following this laughing at you and average Joe who is told what to think only hearing Gaetz and Jordan et. al. just soap box the **** out of you all. We find it amusing, and Average Joe is getting more and more pissed off for business as usual DC. You all still don’t recognize the tectonic shift with politics over the last 4 years.

I still fully believe you all will impeach him at Nancy’s Waterloo though. She’s so fvcked, and she knows it. The problem with whipping up all this fervor is that she has no choice. She has to follow through or she’ll be strung up. And following through is going to crush you all in 2020. She’s losing Speaker no matter what she does. She has 1 year left. Hahahahaha

Here is some real advice a renowned liberal once said: Its the economy, stupid.

And you guys ain’t offering anything to on that front.

She has to find 218 votes first. Right now she don't got 'em. She ain't got 'em. She can't find 'em! She's screwed if she does. Screwed if she doesn't!
