You’re damned right BBN has a right to boo. What are we cheering when we lose and people are complaining including the coach about effort.

I have one litmus test on determining whether or not someone has an agenda:

Very simple, ask this question:

How did we perform as a team, on the whole, last season — given everything Pope had to deal with?

A.) If someone only talks about the Duke, Gonzaga, Florida wins and it’s the greatest season of all time, they probably can’t be trusted to be fair because they are too loyal to the coach.

B.) If someone only talks about the blowout losses, getting behind early, lack of NBA talent, they probably can’t be trusted to be fair because they are too disloyal to the coach.

All in all, it was a good year, given the circumstances. I find asking about last year can tell me all I need to know about someone.

I'm amazed at all the different internet personalities (I won't assume it's the same IRL) that are on this forum. It's kind of interesting to remember names (I ignore most Anon's) and keep up with them. I read 1000x more than I post.

that line of thought was fine in the past but not now.
very few of these guys are playing @ UK for the name, tradition like the 1966 team. Those guys knew UK was special, Coach Rupp was special.
the roster now is @ UK because Pope over paid them. The only exceptions are Moreno, Noah, Potter & maybe Jasper.
