Asking for a friend of course.

I just got some lower levels for the Georgia game, and was wondering if anyone can brief me on the security process and if it's feasible to sneak in a pouch of fine Kentucky vodka, er uh, bourbon :)

Again, totally asking for a friend.

Get a flask and put it in your crotch. Never caught doing that. lol also when you drink inside, don't be nonchalant about it. I've seen several people asked to leave due to being caught.

Inside a boot or inner coat pocket. Security didn't really check when I went in for the MSST game. Probably could have just carried a bottle in my hand. The security guards that I passed by were young and seemed hesitant to search anybody.

I think it's an unwritten fan law that some bourbon be taken in CWS in the fall. Even if you don't drink. Those little airline bottles are handy

You don't need to be that careful bringing it in (a pocket works - it's not like they frisk you), but you should probably be careful about the actual consumption of it. As in, I wouldn't sit there guzzling out of a flask right out in the open. I usually get a coke and then add bourbon to it when nobody's watching.

I have been to over 100 games at Commonwealth! 1st game was West Virginia 1977 and have never gone without a pint of Makers! The aroma in the air of bourbon on a crisp autumn night is one my fondest memories!

Don't go in early when there are no lines, the check everyone thoroughly. Wait til later when there are lines to get in. They get too busy then, and just whisk everyone through.

Flask in the belt line or side of your boot of you wear boots. If you don't wear boots then airline bottles are real easy to stick in your pockets or tucked inside crew socks letting your jeans cover it up.

As others have warned: be discrete.
It only takes one person to complain to security.
There's nothing worse than seeing the State Police walking up the steps
and they're looking for you.
Even if they don't escort you out, it's quite embarrassing.
Cheers...:cheers2:

The greatest thing I ever saw in the student section back in 06 was after the game. Empty handles of Maker's Mark and vodka bottles under the bleachers. Mad props to getting those in.

This. Each drinker takes his/her own 1/2 pint flask. Don't walk in drinking from it... Discreetly mix bourbon & coke. Enjoy in moderation. No problem.

I've been known to sneak in anywhere from 5-10 airplane bottles of some whiskey in my boots. Easy peasy

I must be getting old. Why not before game while tailgating? Once inside, make the game your focus!

I sat next to a guy at the 1999 Georgia game who had a duffle bag full of beer. He said he just walked in with it!

Last week I had a couple of 50ml bottles stuck in the front of my waist band, walked right in. No pat down or shirt lift or anything. I've been patted down when it's really cold and everybody has big coats on, but usually it's walk right in.

Thanks everyone! Will definitely enjoy in moderation. We have good seats and don't need to act the fool.

If we drink all day outside the stadium, we'll be far too drunk to enjoy the game, I'm not into drinking for 9 hours straight now that I'm 35.
