We beat them in Starkville around 2000 in the Regionals in baseball as well. Paul Mainieri left for LSU shortly after, if my memory is correct.

If they can match ND and Oregon in the Holiday Bowl that is what we get.
Not sure if Gator picks before Holiday but we probably end up playing someone like Iowa or UNC unfortunately.
I wish they would go back to At Large picks for all bowls but still have the Rose historical matchups, Orange - ACC, Sugar- SEC.
Playing in the Sun Bowl or Fenway Bowl or even Hawaii would be better than Memphis, Nashville or Jax every few years.
