Bowl Scenario Question?

One of the things that annoys me most about the BCS is the possibility of no SEC team in the Sugar Bowl.
Achtung... I think this has been covered before.
The last explanation I saw:
- BCS bowls are intended to allow no more than 2 teams from a single conference; UNLESS
- If BCS #1 and #2 are from the same conference but don't win their conference, then the conference winner can still get their automatic BCS bowl berth.
- Thus, if UGA upsets LSU, one possible scenario is that Bama is #1, LSU falls to #2, and UGA gets the Sugar Bowl. Depends on how bad the score is and whether OklaSt ends up in the title game as a result. The upside of UGA going to Sugar is that the rest of the SEC teams bump up a bowl, and we end up in contention for Gator or Chick-Fil-A instead of Music City. (Remote possibility, but still theoretically viable until Saturday.)
