Just the fact that we might end up in a bowl called the "Guaranteed Rate Bowl" speaks volumes. Bowl season just aint the same as it used to be. Teams should have to have a winning record to even be considered. Dont get me wrong, I'll be watching our game and rooting for a win, but we really didnt earn a bowl, imo.

MAYBE YOU COULD CALL IT THE COPPER BOWL, ITS ORIGINAL NAME, IF THAT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER.

Feeling like we earned a bowl would make me feel better. I'll enjoy watching another game and root for us to win as usual, but a 6-6 team doesnt belong in post season if you ask me. Call me old school, I just like the old bowl format way better than what we have now. Its losing its luster.

all the nondescript bowls reek of the participation trophy generation. 5-6 teams acting like they are special by winning the last game and finishing 6-6 is almost pathetic. fans praising. 500 records is just plain stupid.
