China has been buying U.S. assets, land, corporations for a couple of decades and it's really sped up the past 5 years. They've purchased a handful of biotech companies I've done business with in the past few years and (of all things) they bought the Waldorf-Astoria with hopes of gutting the entire thing and replacing with condos ....w work which had been ongoing for more than a year, until the key guy at the top of the food chain was arrested for criminal activity back home. They have all the cash we have used to buy their "crap" for the past 50 years and they're giving it back by "owning" everything in existence on U.S. soil.
This is noise, China is not even thinking about invading the US. They think they just got their puppet in power. Regardless they know invading the US is suicide, they don't even have the ability. They have one carrier that still uses a ski ramp, it won't last 5 minutes against a ford class carrier.
