.225 BAC is impressive. As that was likely a .25 or higher at time of arrest, thus the trip to the hospital for alcohol poisoning.

When/if you are gonna get that loaded you need a good wingman or two that are less drunk to keep you out of those situations and fights with fraternities.

I hung with the wrestling team from 1998 to 2003, and I saw some crazy stuff, lol. Including many brawls between only a handful of wrestlers vs many more frat guys. The frat guys never won, lol. That was when Troy Sunderland had zero control of the team

This is a meh story to me...I'm sure Cael will address it.

Still doesn't top the infamous 1998 trip to Iowa City under Fritz where we had three wrestlers arrested (Musser, Cabanas, & Vorhies) outside of an Iowa City nightclub after finally beating the Hawkeyes in Carver.

My favorite part was from the CDT Article on January 6th....

According to a story in Monday's edition of the Iowa City Press-Citizen, police received a report at 12:41 a.m. that 10 individuals were involved in a fight. However, only the three Penn State wrestlers were arrested. Iowa City Lt. Richard Wyss said the disturbance happened in a crowd of bar patrons and may have involved only three or four people.

Wyss said that when police responded, Musser was seen waving a beer over his head. Musser had reportedly became violent toward bar employees when he was asked to leave the bar, while Vorhies reportedly swung his fist at an employee.

Cabanas was seen outside the bar banging his head against a tree and also apparently had been in some sort of altercation, Wyss said.

Wyss added that no injuries were reported from the altercation.

Oh yeah, I remember that, lmfao! I was a SR in HS in 98 when that happened, and got connected to the team from my HS best friend that came in with the 97 class. Musser was a beast. He had so much confidence and charisma, dare I say cockiness, lol. All the underclassmen bowed down to him...was defn. their leader. They are so lucky that there wasn't social media or smartphones with camera/video then. They did some absolutely wild ****! I probably have 10-12 stories that would shock most people...but will take them to the grave, lol.

Cael defn. cleaned it up, another thing he should get a ton of credit for in addition to his already legendary status.

The tree was treated by an arborist and reportedly suffered a bruised limb.

Maybe I am misremembering, but I think I remember one of the wrestlers throwing someone through a window at a frat house around 1997-1999 timeframe? I guess the frat bros weren’t smart enough to realize you don’t eff with the wrestlers.

Musser was a beast. He was the backbone of that team.
