Bragg indicted a former president for the first time ever.

The former president is running for office again.

Bragg refused to include the legal basis for the felony in the unprecedented indictment.

He bragged at his press conference he didn’t have to.

Are you kidding us???

Many people have no idea how much affirmative action lowers standards.

I had guys in my classes at Dartmouth who were cognitively at the 9th or 10th grade level.

This is worth keeping in mind when we hear that Alvin Bragg went to Harvard and Harvard Law

The indictment is legally insufficient on its face. New York state law does not make it a crime to influence an election. Federal law does not make it a crime either. Maybe that's why no law is actually cited in the indictment. Nor are the facts sufficient.
