Braves update

Braves had a good win against a very athletic team. Play was about like I expected. Flashes of brilliance along with the youthful inexperience showing up at times. Nothing fancy. Up the middle and around the end, with a few scattered passes thrown in! Defense was really good. Kept the QB on the run all night long. Delivered some bruising hits!! Going to be a fun bunch to watch this year!

Maybe Briggs will open it up this week was very bland play calling with nothing to show ... Thank Goodness for the defense. The o I was a little disappointed in. I'm not sure we threw a pass other than a 5 yrd hitch .... If we don't I think it's gonna be s long night at Mitchell.

I agree, however you don't want to play all your cards on the first night. I really don't blame coaches, with everything going their way to just keep it simple!! Any way you cut it, Mitchell is going to be a handful !!!

Very true .... Be a great test to see where they are at ... I do expect to see some more wrinkles ... Thought that trinity had some really good athletes so it was promising to shut them down ...

Mitchell will be a huge jump in competition for the Braves. Always good to get a win on opening night. Congrats and keep on building.
