Yes not a real shocker. Hope to see Kendall in there occasionally to save Murray for the long haul. God knows he has a great arm and was close to being the starter. Lots of weapons on offense for sure.

I don't think this was as close as others are saying. Murray didn't postpone baseball to be the backup. He was the starter as long as he didn't screw it up.

I have to think LR is excited to open up some new plays, with Murray.
I will not be surprised to see some 1995 Nebraska Wishbone/RPO, plays. I think if Murray performs at 80% of Baker/Riley offense, with the new plays. We will be one of the top offenses again.

QB battle ended up being MUCH closer than I think anyone expected just a couple of months ago. That bodes well for OU though. Many are expecting to see AK on the field a good bit as well. And the way Murray likes to make plays with his feet, he is just one unlucky shot away from watching from the sidelines from injury.
