Good for Brennan! He will be a fantastic coach as the kids believe in him. Lou Spanos started as an intern for Defensive Quality Control for the Steelers way back in the day and has parlayed that into 2 SB rings, a stint as LB coach for the Redskins under Shanahan, 2 yrs a D-Coord at UCLA under Mora, Jr. and now as the LB coach for the Titans. You can turn these types of opportunities into long careers.
