He's Louisville's to lose.

Just lining up the money for Brohm and his assistants.

Hopefully the braniacs i.e the Academic side gets out of Tyra's way.

This is a tough call for Brohm. Purdue has done a very good job of doing everything they can to keep him and he has it going in the right direction. How could anyone be upset with Tyra or Brohm if he stays? On the flip nobody at Purdue should be upset with Brohm for wanting to come back home and potentially be a legend in his hometown.

Both programs will move on no matter what he decides. Purdue is positioned better if he does leave than Louisville if he decides to stay. Louisville has good options available,

I won't be mad if he flips. Its home. That's the only pull U of L has here, but it is a damn good one. I think the fact that he hasn't flipped yet speaks volumes at how much better he views the opportunity at Purdue over U of L.

If the opportunity was even remotely the same than "home" factor would have pushed this over the edge right out the gate. The fact that it hasn't should tell us enough about the direction of Purdue's program.

Feeling pretty good about coach Brohm coming home, but I also know this is a very difficult decision for him. He has to do what he feels is best for him AND his family first, and that's it.

The kids at Purdue need to understand that if he leaves, it's not because of them, just like the kids at UofL need to understand that if he stays, it's not because of them either.

It's just sports to us, but it's his job and his family that he has to be concerned about. Regardless what he decides, he's still going to be a millionaire with a bright coaching future.

Like I said Purdue has done everything they can to keep him. They will be fine without him because they are now committed to football. If he stays they will have the same fight in a year or 2. Nature of the beast.

You're just now lining up the money? Should have had that part done before you sat down with him today.

You really don’t understand how this works do you. Relax he might stay and will just get the next guy who might be better anyway

uk fanboy tyra better land him. Hearing its not looking good. If tyra cant land Brohm he needs to be tarred, feathered, and last but not least have his tubes tied.
No. Not Brohm or bust. Brohm is obviously the guy we want the most but there's other good coaches who would accept the job.
