The Oswego score is a bit deceiving. I can only assume Bolingbrook Cleaned up their special teams.
I've watched Minooka closely a couple of times, the ends are both very good High School players. One of them stands straight up before he advances and relies on his size to make up for it. I'd run at that side.
People are seeing the scores and thinking Brook's defense really gave up 44 to HF, 42 to Oswego, and 22 to Simeon when its closer to 14, 7, and 7. We can argue about what a defense should do when its backed up in its own redzone and HF is the only team to score on LWE starters.
That said, the results are the results.
How do we see this one ending up? Can Minookas defense keep up with the Brooks speed? Seeing the Oswego scores, for both teams, makes this game really intriguing...
The Nook has to be the favorites considering they held Oswego to 3 and scored 10, both better than what Bolingbrook was able to do. If Brook special teams dont implode I expect a close low scoring game where The Nook comes out on top. If the special teams plays like they did in the 1st quarter against PN then I expect a The Nook running clock.
