read an article that 1 in 20 american women have fakes, pretty hard to believe but if so... i think BD has to be top 3 natural celeb. what say you?

Not a doctor, but have ordered literally thousands of saline and silicone implants from Mentor Corp. (I work in materials management). BD is NOT augmented. BUT if your lady wants implants...get Allergan instead of Mentor if possible. Brand name is Natrelle. My hospital is under contract to Mentor, but a lot of our plastic surgeons prefer Allergan products. Sientra is making inroads on both tho.
