Thought Noah Kaufmann (sp?) and Tre Demps did a nice job. They have developed nicely from their first game at the start of this year. More comfortable and confident, and they've learned how to play into each other too. I enjoy listening to them more than some other full-time BTN commentators - probably in part because they actually have detailed knowledge about the NU program and players, so are more likely to provide new insights than the general BTN folks, who tend to have more bland reactions. Noah has a tendency to get over-energetic at times, but I don't mind it personally - for a non-con game of NU vs UIS can use the injection of enthusiasm.
I am not sure how often the BTN takes guys from their preseason BTN+ (which I would think is some sort of a tryout) and finds a use for them more generally, but at the least hopefully Noah and Tre have gotten the opportunity to get some reps in to work on their craft, and developed some "tape" that they can show around elsewhere if they want to continue pursuing the career path.
