I had the same problem. Used to be much simpler. I changed my credit card billing info to a Visa gift card I have that has like $2 left on it.

There was a 'review your subscription' link on my purchase email confirmation (which connects to iTunes Store).

You have to contact customer service. If you register through them directly, no way other than that. Annoying, right?

Doesn't do you any good now but make sure to check the box that says "do not automatically renew my subscription" when you sign up next time.

I didn't need to contact customer service - I followed the steps listed above to discontinue.

You can go to manage subscription on Google play store and cancel. That's where you manage all apps with subscriptions for a droid

if you have apple, its in the settings on your phone under subscriptions
