Sorry, but we are a big ten welfare recipient. As such we need those programs that actually add value to the conference to perform. We are dependent on OSU, Michigan, Wisconsin, penn state and even Iowa on occasion to maintain and increase the financial security of this conference so the generous subsidies we receive as a result of their efforts can continue. OSU losing last night to a Big12 team is a negative. Big ten stock is down.

I'm not sure that I agree with your assessment… To say that the B1G stock is down; it's kind of silly, considering we are raking in money by the millions thanks to the B1G network for several years to come.

It has to happen much more frequently before serious damage is done. That said, we should still be rooting for our B1G brethren to win.
