So what kind of banner does iu hang to commemorate the good deed they did by playing, in their words, "an instate rival" and graciously allowing that rival to win? Hard to imagine the amount of good will Coach Cream is spreading around Indiana.

Just out of curiosity, I went to Jon Scott's website and was wondering how many times IU has beaten Kentucky away from AssHall or Indy (the state of Indiana).
I only went back as far as 1980, I figure 36 years is long enough... Guess how many times IU has beat Kentucky away from "home"...? TWO...two f'n times!
  • 1988 in Rupp (only year UK has had a losing record) & in the tournament this year in Iowa (Big10 country).
Kentucky on the other hand has beat IU away from "home" (Rupp or Freedm Hall) 10 times in that same time span.

More Fun Facts regarding UK vs IU match ups (since 1980):
  • Ranked in Top 25 at the time - UK 35 vs 23 for IU
  • Higher Ranking at the time - UK 23 vs 8 for IU
  • Most Upsets - UK only has 2 vs 6 for IU (percentage-wise it's about even, UK 25% & IU 26%)
  • WINS - UK 23 -12
IU....suck!
